I had lost my right ear pod and purchaced a replacement from TIP. I was having trouble getting it to sync with my case. When I emailed them a few time about it they responded right away and gave pertinent information to help me with the syncing. Unfortunately it was a faulty pod and they were going to send me a new one once they received the first one back. Fortunately a friend found my old right pod out in my front yard at the time I was sending the faulty pod back to TIP. I asked for a refund instead of sending me a new right pod and they obliged. Talk about exceptional!!! I will definitely use and recommend this company!!!!!
