Standard Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please ensure that the item you're returning is its original condition and safely packed. 

-Customer is responsible for return shipping and $3.99 restocking fee If customer decides to return an item

-If we made a mistake or the item we shipped is defective, we will provide a pre-paid return label

-We only accept products that were directly purchased from us and in its original conditions for returns. Our return policy does not stands for “free trial”. We only accept product returns in its original condition, any used/damaged/modified items will be denied. If we found damage, earwax or sweat on the product, we will reject the return. 

How to return

-Submit a return request through our contact us form or email us, make sure to include the return reason and your order number

-Safely pack the item, including the receipt or RMA email

-Ship the return to supplied address

Return Processing

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your return, once a refund has been issued you will be notified by email. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days depending on your financial institution.
