All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-2 business days or sooner. Orders will usually leave our warehouse within two business days after you have placed your order. We work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible. During the Holiday season, the turnaround time might be longer than normal. 

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. The InstantPods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were marked as delivered by the carrier.
